WHM Ventures LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the INHL mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use INHL.

• Your daily breathing session streak (a count of consecutive days used)
• The date of your last session
• Your preferred background theme setting

This data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage and is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit:

• Personal identifiers (name, email, phone number)
• Location data
• Health or biometric data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or crash reports
• Any data to external servers

3. How We Use Information

The limited data stored locally on your device is used solely to:

• Remember your preferred settings between sessions
• Display your breathing streak to encourage consistent practice

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or any commercial purpose.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties. Because all data remains on your device, there is no data for us to share.

5. Third-Party Services

INHL does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. The App operates entirely offline and does not make network requests.

6. Children's Privacy

INHL is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Data Security

Since INHL stores all data locally on your device and does not transmit data over the internet, your information is protected by your device's own security measures. We encourage you to use a strong passcode or biometric lock on your device.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store your personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete upon request. You may clear all locally stored App data at any time by:

• Deleting and reinstalling the App
• Clearing the App's local storage through your device settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
